A Letter from the Director
January, 2010
Greetings from Cambodian Arts and Scholarship Foundation (CASF)!
I am very much honored to share briefly with you all, especially to donors and friends of CASF, my point of view regarding what has been collectively accomplished by our team.
Frankly speaking, dealing with CASF’s mission is an extremely challenging task. However, I would like to say that CASF has been highly successful as we have had students graduated from universities in different subjects and most of them have begun working for organizations, banks and companies in Cambodia. We also have gained trust and support from students, parents, teachers, local authority and concerned departments as an organization that is truly working for the benefit of poor-at risk girls who are starvng for EDUCATION in hope for a better future and a desire to contribute to the development of the whole Cambodian society.
However, for this to continue and for CASF to fully be able to meet the need of students during the world wide economic crisis, I would like to ask all donors and generous people to remain committed and donate to CASF, as we are only able to achieve this with your kindly support and your donations. We look forward to the upcoming successful growth and great achievement with you all.
Finally, on behalf of CASF Director and CASF staff, I would like to express my sincere thanks to the donors for their continued generous support and great assistance to CASF in implementing our MISSION.
Most importantly, I would like to express my sincere appreciation to all CASF staff both in Cambodia and in the US especially to Mr. Frederick Lipp and his wife Kitty Lipp for their dedicated time and efforts and also for their full and friendly cooperation.
With my kind appreciation and best regards,
CHAB Sodary
