• is managed by a paid staff of Cambodian women in Phnom Penh who oversee the financial, emotional, and medical support of all students
  
  
• provides educational opportunities, including Cambodian arts, crafts, and culture, to children with Cambodian backgrounds living in the United States
  
  
• is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization located in Portland, Maine
