Suezan Aikins Pigment prints of mixed media on gold leaf and watercolor paintings

Suezan Aikins lives with her husband, artist Sam Rogers in Nova Scotia, when not exploring and having solo exhibitions on three continents. Their complex original Japanese woodblock prints, and her goldleaf/mixed media paintings and relief installations, and watercolors are in many private and public collections in North America, Europe and Asia. Her artwork can be seen at http://www.suezan-aikins.com/

Having fallen in love with Cambodia and wanting to volunteer, Suezan and Sam searched for a successful grass roots organization educating at-risk girls with cambodian staff and low overhead. They discovered CASF is outstanding for its inspired leadership which is the result of both extensive support and guidance from the founders and the hard work of a devoted cambodian staff. While in Phnom Penh for a month they were charmed by the students at the University Women's Support Center and worked closely with them to improve their English and mentor them. Suezan and Sam believe women are empowered by education and will make lasting and invaluable contributions to their country's development. The organization and its scholarship recipients have been made stronger by their creative, kind, and gentle support.

Lisa Jane Grant Jewellery Design

Lisa has a love affair with the world. She has solo traveled around the globe and has spent months in Cambodia helping
the girls in the CASF Program. As an advisor to the board, she is wise and compassionate. She brings this wonderfully
unique spirit to her artwork, as one of only a handful of American Mokumé-gané artists. The process translates to
“wood grain metal” and is representative of the patterns achieved in its creation. The finished product displays myriad
layers of colored metals rippling and flowing in various directions.
