How Can You Help? Decisions which most affect the health and success of our students are made by the Cambodian women who serve as CASF Program Director and Educational Counselors in Cambodia. Because of their experience, these women are uniquely qualified to both assess the needs of our students and to create programs to support these young girls. Approaching education work in Cambodia in this way - “from the ground up” - is one of the reasons that, in 5 years, only 3 students have dropped out of the program. We are indebted to these women for the change they are creating in their society and for the support they provide our students. These programs are only possible through the generous support of people who learn about our work and make a donation to help us further our cause. We can accept donations (in $USD) from anyone living anywhere in the world. Money raised in $USD does a great deal of good in Cambodia. Our board in the USA receives no compensation for our work so that the greatest amount of money raised (>87% in 2005) can go directly to our students in Cambodia. Consider the following: $50 buys school supplies for one student for an entire school year. $60 purchases a bicycle that makes it possible for one of our students to get to school every morning. $100 covers the cost of extra classes for one student who is preparing for National Exams. $360 provides one student in our Individual Pupil Program with a bicycle, snacks, uniform, classes, and school supplies for one school year. $750 will pay for a bicycle, tuition, living expenses, books & supplies for a student in our University Women’s Program. Please consider supporting one of our students. Your generosity will change a life forever.
