Recipe for Survival – “Salt, Water, Sugar and Education”


When my wife was ill in Phnom Penh, I met an American professor of nursing teaching in Phnom Penh. The professor explained Kitty should sip Royal D every chance possible. She emphasized the critical importance of maintaining the proper balance of water, salt and sugar in her system. Without the addition of salt and sugar, the internal extraction of water can not properly occur in the blood stream.
